January 17, 20215 yr Was looking at getting this pizza oven: https://uk.ooni.com/products/ooni-koda I assume since this is propane it wouldn't be compatible with the gas they use in Thailand. Would I be able to use an adapter or have the oven converted, or is this too complicated?

LPG It's actually a propane/butane mix of somewhat variable proportions (there's a thread somewhere discussing this). But I agree, a propane unit will work just fine on the regular "cooking gas" without modification. Just ensure you have the correct regulator pressure (I'm 99% sure a UK reg will fit the Thai bottles anyway). And now I really fancy a pizza!! What time do the Pizza Co. open? I can't comment on US fittings, but since the oven has a rubber/plastic pipe you can swap out a reg that won't fit the local bottles for one that will. Just ensure that the reg you fit has the same outlet pressure (should be marked on the reg). "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
