Bangkok Bank mobile app question

Featured Replies

With my UK bank apps I'm used to being able to set up payees and have them saved so that I can easily just select them to send money to again in future. I can't see that capability in the Bangkok Bank app ?  Or is it a case of when you do the first one it will give you the option to save the payee ?

Go into the App, click Transfer, Other Accounts and set up a new Payee.......I think!

It's there, search around the app. I use it all the time.

Yes, you need to save the account

Have you tried to change the limits? ("Personal Limits").

I don't know what the max allowed is.

If you have a problem you can't get solved please PM me and I will get someone to contact you

Or you can call 1333

Thanks. This is not an official channel, just me using some free time to try to help. As with before any abusive, overly negative or inane comments will be ignored. Creative and positive feedback always welcome.
