David T Pike Posted January 22, 2021 Share Posted January 22, 2021 I recently found out that I could collect SSDI along with my VA disability. I filed and was denied by SS for not having enough "points" in the 10 years prior my stopping work. There are certain circumstances explaining this and I need a lawyer to contest their decision. Does anyone know of any firm in the USA that would take a overseas case like this? I have yet been able to find one... Thanks Folks! ???? Link to comment
