can I get an explanation in context
New requirement of the Immigration Department Presented in the Update from the Thai government in regarding the COVID19 situation ON 24/1/21

That has already been discussed many times. They only added covid 19 to the immigration act for denial of entry.

At this time it means nothing since nobody can enter the country without a negative covid 19 test being done prior to entry.

In the future if a person was found to be infected with covid 19 that could be a reason for denial of entry.
