Visa Options when work permit is ending

Hello,

My wife (with a EU passport) has today a work permit with a non B visa. Since she will stop renewing her work permit, what are her options?

I am (EU citizen) on a F visa but and was thinking to have her on my visa F (as my other dependents) but to do so she would need to live the country (according to MOFA) to renew it (she was on a F before her work permit). Since we can't do that before next summer, what are her other options ?

Some are telling me she can't even have a non-O visa???
