I think you will have to ho through the whole 15 day quarantine thing, and might have to jump thorough a bunch  of  other hoops.  

How long are you planning to stay in Israel? I think as more and more people get vaccinated by this spring things might relax a bit.

PS : it might be easier for you to get vaccinated in Israel

I would not even think of a visit to my country.

You did not indicate urgent reason etc.

Take your visit trip and be prepared for difficult return. No confidence in the current vaccinations availability or its means or returning easily. Meaning without quarantine.

Definitely easier for someone over 50, apparently they've vaccinated all the over 60s & are dropping the age limit.. But I read they're closing the airports etc for a while; there's a chance you could get stuck there because of that.
