Thanks I think you will have to ho through the whole 15 day quarantine thing, and might have to jump thorough a bunch of other hoops. How long are you planning to stay in Israel? I think as more and more people get vaccinated by this spring things might relax a bit. You did not indicate urgent reason etc. Take your visit trip and be prepared for difficult return. No confidence in the current vaccinations availability or its means or returning easily.
