My flight leaves Feb 4, early morning.

Here's my timeline:
 

Jan 12 - Applied for visa
Jan 19 - Received Visa
Jan 21 - Applied for COE
Jan 27 - COE Application approved by email
Jan 29 - Uploaded flight ticket, ASQ and health insurance

 

I am confused about the timeline for these things. They say "15 days" for the visa and COE process. I did indeed start all of this around 23 days before my flight, but had to wait for the visa to arrive, then had to wait for COE pre-approval, and now I have to wait for the COE to finish and download it by Feb 3rd.

Just wondering if I'm screwed or if this is the expected process.

There have been reports of the COE not being issued until about 3 days before your flight. I would guess you will have it tomorrow US time.

That depends on which country you are from. I entered visa exempt from USA.
