Could some kind person please confirm whether 400k needs seasoning for 60 days or 90 days for marriage extension (renewal)

 

Agent just told me 90 days, I believe and hope it is 60 days.

I think we got a new IO who was just being a cu** as we never Required Photos inside before.

 

It is 2 months for every extension of stay application based upon marriage.

Can the money be used immediately after application or do you have to wait till the Visa extension is issued before being able to spend your own money?
I have been told both ways..

Can use right away but also been told you need to leave it in the account for a month AFTER visa is issued... (Makes no sense)..

That can depend upon the office where you apply for the extension. Some offices are wanting a updated bank book and copy of it now whey you go back to get the extension stamp.

Immigration has said in the past that it should be kept in the bank but withdrawals for living expenses could be taken out.

    Bank Book updated on day of Application, Copy of bank book     (Do a small transition on same day as Application)
    Letter from Bank stating you have money in account.        (Dated same day as Application)

    1900 Bhat Fee

Yes makes sense you cannot touch it but is is supposed to be for Living expenses..
