i am a newbie here from malaysia and very confuse about the new visa rules and regulation,even the i ask the thai immigration officer at suvarnabhumi about the calculation and and do i need a visa for my next visit,what they say is 50-50..they are not sure..and tell me to play safe,get a tourist visa for my next visit..so pls help..

first entry

28/08/2006 - 03/11/2006 (7 days)

second entry

28/11/2006 - 22/12/2006 (24 days)

third entry

16/01/2007 - 21/02/2007 (37 days)

fourth entry

12/04/2007 - 12/05/2007 (30 days)

im planning to go to thailand on 10/06/2007 and how many days can i stay without visa or all my qouta are out and need a tourist visa.??..

I have no idea how 28/08/06 until 03/11/06 can equal 7 days or how you could stay that long on a 30 day entry and expect anyone trying to help you will have to know that information.

Your third entry of 37 days is also suspect if you are talking about 30 day stays.

If they go by the fixed 180 days period which seems to be the case most of the time it should be :

entry date is 28 october + 180 days so your fixed period ends on XX April

planned entry date of 10 June is in a new 180 days block you should get the full 30 days even if they count the few days they gave you in your new block at the begining of May

Even if they count on the roling 180 days which is very unlikely you should get a full 30 days.
