If I extend my non O family visa with either a 60 day Covid extension or 60 day visit family extension, do you get either of these extension on the same day you apply at immigration, or do either of them go under consideration for a period of time before you get your passport back.

A 60 day extension to visit you Thai wife or child will be issued the same day you apply.

The 60 day covid 19 extension will have a under consideration period since it has to approved at the division level of immigration.

I think I've read about some offices issuing the 60 day Covid Extension on the spot without having to return again for a second time/stamp.

 

Is this correct?

 

If so, what offices?
