As always ... thanks Joe, I'll call the main office tomorrow to make sure.  I was just trying to avoid a trip to the main office. ????

I'm missing something.

Your post leads with 90 day report. Why do you need a residence certificate.

New address then file a TM30

I read the OP few times. First up many/most refer to certificate of residence as COR.

I assumed you meant residence certificate.

In any event to do your 90 report they may ask you for TM30. They would not ask you for certificate of residence.

To obtain a COR the first thing that they would ask you for is your current 90 day report slip.

Thanks Jack...Then Easy! But I assume that I will have to provide at least documents such as a rental or purchase contract, right?

It's always good to have report from folk that deal with CM. Hopefully someone will be along with personal experience of your imm office.

If your landlord doesn't do it as they should; then in order to have a TM 30 facilitated at Chiang Mai immigration for a rented property, you will need a copy of your rental contract and signed copies of the owner's ID Card and Tabien Baan (blue book) You should get all three documents from your landlord, then make copies of their copies and retain the originals for your own records. Have the owner sign in blue ink to distinguish originals from copies and take both sets.

Good advice.

Perhaps the OP could have given more detail.

If the landlord did indeed file a TM30 then he could ask for print out.

All that was stated by OP  "I got a new address ....."

Monday I tried to report 90 days in Promenada with TM30, like every times, but now with new address. It’s not required Residence Certificate, just TM30 form, copies of new contract, blue book and ID’s owner...

BUT;

Can NOT apply in Promenada, as @Ubonjoe told, must apply in Main I. Office...near Airport.

Also they ask for write a coordinates code location in TM-30.

Thanks for report. Surprised they wanted to see contract. Read about the coordinates requirement in another thread so that's useful info. As for Ubonjoe advice....is he ever wrong..,Nup
