A US citizen wishes to return to the US with his Thai girlfriend. Which option would give him the best chance of achieving this.

Fiancee visa.

Tourist visa.

Getting married in Thailand and then applying for a tourist visa.

The man involved is not ambulatory and his girlfriend is his caregiver.

you may have a better chance of getting visa as she is your caregiver then there is no issue of employment seeker she is already employed but you must show a departed date for her IF you are US citizen ? they may say this is a married of convenient.?
