Which option would give him the best chance of achieving this. Fiancee visa. Tourist visa. Getting married in Thailand and then applying for a tourist visa. The man involved is not ambulatory and his girlfriend is his caregiver. you may have a better chance of getting visa as she is your caregiver then there is no issue of employment seeker she is already employed but you must show a departed date for her IF you are US citizen ? they may say this is a married of convenient.?
