Back in the Day, when we experienced super long lines waiting for petrol (gas in the USA)...twice during the 1970s... Every evening, the news would report on the fights that had broken out, and the queue-jumping (line jumping), and the basic brutality of humans, rising to the surface, during a very minor disturbance in the world, all things being considered. So my question is: What about Thailand if we begin experiencing 2-hour or even 5-hour waits to fill up the tank? Weill we see... a. Fights ? b. Smiles ? Shootings? Beer bottles over the noggin? I have always been happy, since arriving here, not to drive an auto. Now, I am especially glad I do not own one of those contraptions.
