I notice some  icons on top of forum page  on my system even with my A*******er turned off they still dont show up

The other , a twitter link ..maybe you need to tidy up the site a little as at best hes well retired or ... !

I assume you mean the ones for Twitter, Facebook and etc. It has been reported to the Tech side of things about the Twiter one being out of date.
