smallgnome Posted February 22, 2021 Share Posted February 22, 2021 You need to specify a complete power washing of the entire surface as part of the bid. Write down exactly what you want them to do. Write in covering the windows with newspaper. DON'T forget to include a primer coat -- this helps eliminate the painting over dirt.
