marino28
Hello, i have 2 daughter here , and when they were born they get a book with their health history and a page about vaccination, but of course is only in thai and is also very difficult to understand. Now I am thinking to moving next year abroad and I will like to have a certificate in english with the vaccinations done so far. Anyone know how to do it? i am located in Pattaya next week I will try to go ask in the hospital, but maybe someone had my same problem and know the procedure already. thank you Edited March 11, 2021 by marino28

internationalism
search for "travel clinic". The government hospitals probably only in thai. Private you can ask also in english. red cross should have one. they give vax book, extro 100b. Suppose to be yellow colour. I got my free at mahidol travel clinic in bkk, but it's green. Puccini
Get the clinic or doctor who did the vaccinations to copy the entries from the Thai-language certificate to the WHO standard international certificate shown below. At the moment, this yellow booklet, nowadays white in some countries, is the only truly international vaccination certificate accepted worldwide.
