March 11, 20215 yr As a current owner of a retirement visa, I am facing a renewal of my Health Insurance at a cost of 170,000 bht. per year. Only to go up again, because I'm over 70 now. I am thinking that instead of renewing my retirement visa, to fly back to USA and then when I want to return again, just get a 90-day Visa. Is Health Insurance required if just visiting for 90 days?
March 11, 20215 yr No. You could also get a 12 month extension at Immigration without the need for this stupid insurance.

I bought some insurance from them just recently. From their price list it is around Baht 40,000 and I am older than you Edited March 11, 20215 yr by upu2
