My car needs a roadworthiness test prior to relicencing. Where would be the nearest testing garage. I do not want to drive too far until I have the car legal. Usually there is a test shop or two near the registration office like in Nong Hoi but there are test shops all around, look for the round blue and yellow gear sign.
