It's annoying how often Thai banks (here Bangkok Bank and SCB) change their "terms and conditions".

This morning yet again (Bangkok Bank and SCB).
Maybe I should note and do statistics.
Most wonderful: they simply throw out the endless "new" document (internet banking).
No hint what has changed. No highlighting etc.
Much different from home country banks.

End of rant.

If you rely on on-line banking in Thailand I guess I understand how annoying it could be.

My Bkk bank is 6 kilos away and ATM's in village so I have no problem, they have been very good in helping me with anger management. ????

We are required to restate and to ask customers to confirm the T&C's periodically. This is not optional for a Bank. If we did not do we would be out of compliance.

So this activity is considered to be "non discretionary".
