ashacat Posted May 16, 2007 Share Posted May 16, 2007 You've got "Plus 67" on soi 67 and "Sukhumvit Plus" on the corner of Sukhumvit and Rama 4. Both of these are within very easy walking distance to Prakanong BTS. More like 16-17K for a studio or 18-20K for a 1 bedroom though. For the price range you are looking at I don't think you will get anything within walking distance. Perhaps take a stroll down Soi 71 and have a sniff around down there...
