PTT OR anyone buy shares in the IPO?

Featured Replies

Hi

The Boss lady bought some shares in the initial placing and as yet has not received a share certificate.

Anyone on here received a certificate or still waiting?

Thanks.

Have you received anything...letters etc.

My wife purchased 2000 shares and did receive the physical stock certificate from Bangkok bank that she deposited in her Bualuang trading account a couple weeks ago.

Purchased from Krung Thai Bank, certificate now in hand. At some point it will go into a trading account.

Dependinv on which box you ticked on the appljcation forshares you will be issued a physical script (share certificate) or your holding has been placed  in an e-account with a licenced e-account broker..

The latter these days is the more common method for ease trading(selling) thd shares..

I.e. one phone call and the sale is complete anx funds should be ready in 3 days.. no longer looking in that cupboard 10 years down the track if selling.

Of course the first time owner of shares..your partner as well as mine " where are my shares...where is my certificate!!!

Already got it, and stocks have been moved into correct portfolio.

Thanks for all the replies..... apparently the certificate was returned to sender as local mail office did not recognise our address as it was in English!

Despite the fact they had already delivered a notification from theTSD re the change to paid up capital.

Not to mention the 100's of letters we have received over the years addressed in english. Think someone had a bad day.
