Popular Post British Consular Team
In the past two weeks, the Embassy has published a list of care homes in Thailand and a list of English-speaking lawyers who specialise in Thai Family law on the Gov.uk website. The team have also provided 102 notarial services and dealt with 39 emergency cases. This included a young man with mental health problems. His mother said to us ‘I must say that the care, attention, detail, emotional support we have been given has far exceeded our expectations and most certainly has been so welcome during this horrific time for us’. Deportation of overstayers from IDC is still taking place, and last week the team was able to arrange a quick return back to the UK for a very vulnerable British man. It's been a great 8 months on Thai Visa Forum and we really appreciate your engagement with us. Every comment and piece of feedback helps us improve our communications with you. We will continue to answer your questions and continue to share with you any important updates that we know of. See you in the next update. 3
