Have residency certificate - still need TM 30?

Featured Replies

My initial 90 day report is due shortly - I went through an agent to register my address in Pattaya (see attached, I presume this is a residency certificate?), but the landlord hasn't submitted a TM 30 with the online systems being down.  Will I need proof of a TM 30 filing for the 90 day?

I don't see any attachment.

A TM30 report is not normally required for a 90 day report since immigration would already have your address from when you applied for an extension.

Sorry, just attached the doc.  This would be my initial 90 day from a non O-A retirement entry in January.

That is the receipt for a TM30 report.

You can obtain your RC on same visit to do your 90 day report. Do the report first.

The main thing they wish to see for your RC is copy of 90 report.

I don't deal with your imm office (Jomtien?). Someone that does will advise exactly what else is required (not much)
