What's the classifier for pallet? Anybody know? 

Do you mean the wooden pallets used for transporting building materials?
If so, they seem to use ตัว or อัน eg:

 

"ขายพาเลทไม้มือสอง ชลบุรี ราคาตัวละ 40 บาท เท่านั้น"
