Ban Mai Guy
My wife and I would like to get a dental cleaning before heading back to the states. Is there any one that could recommend a good dentist in Bkk ? Thanks.
Sheryl
You can get a cleaning at any of the countless dental clinics here or hospital derntal departments. But for a really, really good cleaning I have not found anyplace better than the Dentalhospital near On Nut. It is nto the cheapest. About 15000 baht. But really thorough. http://www.dentalhospitalbangkok.com/contact.php
WayWokeWhiteGuy
15,000? I like Dr. Pintippa at BKK Hospital dental center. Been using her for at least ten years, best service I have ever had from any dentist anywhere.

Great thanks for another option to check into. 15k is a lot seeing I can get it done back in the US for about 5,500b with x-rays. I, was just hoping to find someone reputable here in BKK for around the same price if not a little less. The one I use back home is great but It's just been hard with Covid to set an appointment as they are running thru the back log from being closed most of the time during the pandemic and unfortunately I had to cancel my next appointment cause it conflicted with me being over here for the next couple months. AlfHuy
Every dentist can do a simple scale and polish. I should not be more than 1200 Baht.

That is very reasonable and that's really what I am just looking for. My wife had it done a the hospital in Lan Hoi for like 30b..she was like what waste of time..5555 I, will have a few days in BKK before heading home so I will check around before doing so. You might get a simple cleaning for that, but you are not going to get a dentist in the US to spend an hour in your mouth for that.

This was a typo - I meant 1,500 baht. For almost an hour of work with very, very thorough cleaning.
