Just a heads up for anyone needing to renew their passport,  as I saw an article in the Guardian dated 6 April, stating that the passport office have said that new passports could take upto 10 weeks to be processed due to a spike in demand.

There is normally increased demand at this time of the year in any case as it dawns on quite a few people who are planning to jet off to the sun that they first need to renew their passports. And matters have, of course, been exacerbated this year by the possible relaxation of the current COVID-19 foreign travel ban from the UK just in time for the peak summer holiday season.

Oh my God ,you read the Guardian? do you send money to them ,they are so bad they have to beg for it.????

ps yes i read that its up to 10 weeks ,    in the Daily Wail????
