Where can you go to get tested and are there different arrangements for Thais and foreigners?  Some months ago I saw that Rajaveh Hospital was doing a "special promotion" for 3500 baht but it looked clearly aimed at expats.

I did a test (PCR) at CM Mediclinic and can recommend that option. Cost was 3,350 baht for same day turnaround of test results. You just drive up to the clinic in the morning, a nurse will come to your car (or motorbike or whatever) and swab you, then you receive results via email by 14:00 the same day. I liked the fact that I didn't have to go inside a hospital plus it could not have been easier.
