And after 10 years..........

Where does that leave owners ( company managers) of SP3 Estate Soi Siam Siam Country Club who are trying to sell their houses of between 7 -10 Million Baht ?  Its a lovely well maintained estate, many respectable owners.

No more information?  Not a popular topic I see....????

Renew ... if the course hasn't been sold off for subdivision

Never played there but a good house, on a golf course, (with a pool?) within the course estate for this price sounds pretty good to me. They are asking 5 times that (and more) homes around e.g. Laguna Estates, Bang Tao, Phuket.

Looks a bit crowded..

There is very little in the way of life around it and I don't even remember seeing a walkable  convenience store although there must be one somewhere........

Course is ok by the way with a relatively new clubhouse.

Will these plots have enough space for a pool? a pool villa at a golf course complement each other.

I've read you buy land as a company.  ?  As I understand,,,, the Thai company is structured with you as the majority controlling shareholder.

What are the associated fees of playing golf with a membership included ie ,caddy fee, and cart?

Their "published" price for cart is 700 baht, caddy fee 380 baht. Carts are not mandatory but caddy fee will have to be paid plus a tip of course.....

No idea if their is any additional green fee as a "member" and would hope some discount on the cart price.

2 bedroom, 2 bath, overall very small unit.  Looks like less than 100 sq meters, maybe 75.

seems an old post, why here now?

That's cheap includes membership. LOS has gotten more expensive for sure but this is ridiculously cheap ... a house on a golf course!

It leaves them with a reality check as to their inflated dreamtime asking prices.....

Looks like another Chinese party house ghetto in the making. With a few Indians and Saudis thrown in for good measure ....... Golf-based developments seem so yesterday 80's type of p[roject. Who plays golf these days? All the golf courses in Queensland / Australia are being sold off, carved up, subdivided and solf off as normal residential real estate. The golf boom ended years ago, Japanese no longer coming. Must be quite exciting to wair for 300 plus plots being sold ....... a construction site for years to come, by the time the last plot has been built up the golf course is ready to provide for more land ....lol. TIT.

Yes people who cannot afford it think no one plays golf.  It is more popular then ever and in the next year the Koreans, Japanese and Chinese will be back here playing.  Of course, prices will rise.

The Koreans and Japanese I agree but I have never seen more than the odd group of Chinese on the courses around Pattaya. For purely selfish reasons I am hoping that doesn't change any time soon......
