Another two lives lost to COVID-19 in Cambodia, death toll now 46

COVID-19 has claimed another two lives, as reported by the Ministry of health late this night. This brings the death toll announced today to five and the total to 46. The two deaths were reported in the Queen Mother hospital and the Chak Angre Health Centre.

 

The first fatality, number 45, was identified as a 55-year-old Cambodian man living in Sangkat O’Russey, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh. He was admitted to the 100 Borey Medical Center on April 15, 2021 at 12:00 Noon minutes after being tested positive for COVID-19. As his condition deteriorated day by day and was transferred to the Queen Mother Hospital on today for further treatment. However, he was pronounced dead on arrival at 12:45 today.

 

The second death, fatality number 46 involved a 49-year-old Cambodian man living in Sangkat Russey Keo, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh. He was admitted to the Chak Angre Health Center after having tested positive for COVID-19 on April 15, 2021 at 00:16 with fever, cough, fatigue and a history of diabetes.

Oh Yes  I would believe that only so few people in Cambodia have died of COVID.  

Cannot have the foreign tourists get afraid to come to anywhere in Asia because of this pandemic.
