My girlfriend is offering me the chance to build a house on land that she owns. However on looking at the Chanoht, her name is not shown on the front of the certificate. Her name appears on the reverse after the name of the individual on the front.

A number of questions arise.

Who is the owner of the land?

Is the land jointly owned?

Can this be answered easily?
