Looking For Furnished Apt. In Bangkok - Jul & Aug

I am in need of a furnished apartment for the months of July and August. I'm flexible in terms of number of bedrooms (it will only be me), but the apartment will have to have the following features:

- Air conditioning

- High-speed internet (must be DSL or cable so that I can plug in my Internet telephone, and the downstream speed must be higher than 1 Mbps). It must also be dedicated bandwidth that is not shared by all of the residents in the building (i.e. private service with an ISP). High-speed Internet is my lifeline to my job and allows me to work. Without it I can't work, so this is a necessity.

- Central location or with easy access to Sky Train and/or subway. I will not have a car, so I'll have to use the trains. The apartment should be within a 5-7-minute walk to either the Sky Train or the subway.
