So having bought a large bag of small red dried shrimp for a lowly 35 Baht, I am struggling to find uses for them that merit their crunch or sea "salt" flavour.

Added to normal Knorr style shimp "Jok" or on top of a pizza they are fine. (....on top of Pad Thai etc.)

I have an idea about using them in a savory bread - but not experimented with this yet.

Any other ideas?
