We plan to travel from hua hin to koh chang, can anyone pls tell us the requirments, and how busy or not is it there at the moment?

(We are 3 to travel and we got covid before, and got antibody test certificate yesterday)

I think the current requirement is you have a valid test done either just before you travel to Trat, or, done by your hotel on arrival.  With that being said, someone just came back and said they didn't have to do a test.  Typical Thailand.

It's open, but VERY quiet.  Most places are shut, some restaurants are open.  But many are closed.  Beaches are still nice!  Just don't expect any night life.

I’ve been on Koh Chang for three weeks now, it’s very quiet and relaxing with only a few guests registered at the resorts I’ve been staying.  I wasn’t asked for proof of a test but I entered the Trat province before the requirement and didn’t arrive from a red zone,

No test needed.

It is quiet. Enough restaurants open.  Nightlife at a minimum but still existent.

Hotel prices down.
