My extension of stay runs out on the 12th of July.

I have an O-A extension so need insurance again. Question is unlike last year will I be able to do the extension early even if the start date for the new extension is the 13th of July as will be the insurance, being as I will still be covered by the insurance I currently have ?

I would imagine this would be OK but I talk as a rational person. 

Since you already have insurance you should be able to renew it and apply for new extension prior to the 12th of July.
