Boatman37210
Need to get a deed signed on land in the U.S. Requires my notarized signature and Thai wife's notarized signature. Both names are on the same page of the deed and next to each other. Will citizens services notarize the signature of a Thai citizen or do we have to take to a separate place? Thanks. ubonjoe
If your wife is with you to sign it in front of the consular officer will witness the signatures. You both will need a appointment.
