Translation help needed please -I hope it's ok to ask here

[Friend of a Thai]

My friend has had a problem at work recently. She posted this on her timeline which might have been a reaction to it, but google translate does not come up with a sensible translation, and my Thai is limited.

She doesn't want to talk to me about it, but I think I am in a position to help.

 

It may also just be a joke, as she does post a lot of them too. Sorry it's a bit long, but any help would be very welcome.

พยามอย่าปากดีใส่เรา ถ้าเธอไม่รู้จักเราดีพอ
