Inside Bang Sue Grand Station

 

The Bang Sue Grand Station has been designated, by the Transport Ministry, to be an on-site COVID-19 vaccination centre for about 370,000 workers in the public transport sector, such as bus, taxi and motorcycle taxi drivers, as well as those working for app-based delivery services.

Thai exports likely rise at least 10% in April - minister

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's exports likely increased at least 10% in April from a year earlier and this year's target of 4% growth could be exceeded, the commerce minister said.

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand has detected its first 36 domestically transmitted cases of the highly infectious COVID-19 variant first found in India, authorities said on Friday, a discovery that could complicate efforts to address its most deadly outbreak so far.

City Hall cleans up Bangkok’s Lak Si construction camp where Indian variant found

BANGKOK (NNT) - After 15 workers were found to have contracted the Indian variant of coronavirus, Bangkok City Hall has launched a clean up operation at the workers’ camp removing all garbage for safe disposal. Residents in the surrounding communities are urging related agencies to deep-clean the neighborhood to prevent transmission of the virus.
