Is it possible for a Thai citizen to divorce her foreign husband at a Thai embassy in his home country?

Thai law states it must be done at the local amphur. Anyone know anything? Thanks in advance.

    A divorce registration can be done at a Thai embassy or official consulate.

    On many embassy sites it is only shown on the Thai version of them.
