I know, it's a figure of speech, not intended to be taken literally but there is a risk of police charges (and fines)if you're a customer of a closed business that's breaking Covid restrictions. I live 40 km from Lopburi, and we have massage businesses open ,I have even seen some new signs appear for new shops . Remember the economy is not good some are saying let's go for it ,with our local police the odds are stacked with the massage parlours staying open.
