can't complete the form on the COE website

i'm seem to stuck on the COE website, coethailand.mfa.go.th.  i tried their hotline number and vmail was full and offered a text message option so i sent 'help with COE'.  in the meantime, i thought i'd see if any members had a similar issue.  i fill out the form and attach jpeg files of my vaccine card and passport.  when i hit confirm, a window pops up saying 'please attach copy of vaccine card'.  i attach again and hit confirm, same thing.  stuck in a circle.  any thoughts ?  recommendations ?  i already have a flight and ASQ hotel, i thought the COE would be the easy part but i guessed wrong.

by the way, i've used firefox, safari from a laptop and also safari IOS on a mobile phone.  same outcome on all.

i found the answer in another topic.  had to click the upload icon at the bottom of the attached jpeg.

Reduce image size of attchment, ie it's too big a file for receiving mail.

I had the same issue.  It took me a couple of trys to figure it out.

I had the same problem too till i noticed the tiny upload icon....

that's right, that small print was a real killer.  i was able to verify i had a proper file type reading the small print, but missed the icons.  and i got faked out as the image appeared right in the box so it looked 'uploaded' to me.  it is tough when you have to pay attention to details !!
