Amazon.com

For about a month now all I get for amazon.com is this page showing dogs. 

When I hit the Amazon's home page in Blue , I just get the same page but with a different dog.

There is no way to get to their customer support to ask what has happened.

Works for me  have you tried using another computer/device and  different web browser    I'm using firefox.

maybe its a .com  problem whereas .co.uk   is working ?

.com will not even open , " fault at our end " see the " dog posts " at the start. 

.uk will open but no access to my account.

Been using Chrome as my only browser for a couple of years ,it is only this last month where I have had the problem.

I have just used my VPN and I can access everything.

Why I can't without a VPN is strange.

 

Have you tried the " contact us " button . That redirects to " not found "

You can call Amazon Customer Support on +12065771364 to speak to a real person.

Whoever designs customer chat bots should be forced to use them 500 times with real customers in beta before releasing to customers.
