I’m at the mother in laws for a while.

She has a PSI Set Top. On NBT Channel 2 I watched the England game without any issues. 

When I came to watch the Scotland game a screen came on asking for a PIN number. Well the only PIN number the in-laws know is the one for the ATM.

As anyone any ideas? 

Try turning the PSI box off for a minute then on again.

Sometimes just changing channels will clear the problem.
