nabbie
Hi, today I went to Phuket Immigration for 1st 90 days notifying. My started date is 1 April 2021 for Non-O immigration (marriage). So I expect next 90 days notifying will be 30 June 2021. The immigration volunteer explained me the notifying date stamped was 7 June 2021. It means little over 60 days notifying instead of 90 days notifying. It was partially my fault for not checking that stamped one. In the result of that, I got the fine of 2,000B. Quite harsh, isn't it? In additional to that, next second stamped date for notifying is 7 September 2021. Can anyone care to explain me why Thai immigration officer stamps 1 month lesser than 90 days? Edited July 1, 2021 by nabbie
ubonjoe
The 90 days for your first extension of stay starts from the day you apply for an extension. It appears you did that on March 10th.
