Sorry if it's been asked before but I cant find it. Can anyone inform me if you will require a COE if you have a current retirement visa when re-entering Thailand. Thank you for any information.

A COE is required for everybody entering the country at this time.

COE application website is here. https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/

You also need the $100,000 US insurance coverage for covid 19 for your length of stay.

And dependent upon the type of visa entry you extended 40/400k baht medical insurance as well.
