May 26, 200719 yr This link is from 2003. Do you they actually have an office there now? If so, where exactly on Central Pattaya Road? http://www.pattayamail.com/501/news.shtml

May 28, 200719 yr saw a sign going down Sukumvit towards Bangkok just before you get to central "Klang" road pointing to the left and says something like "pay electric bill here" and it points into a dirt lot. maybe they meant to turn on pattaya klang going down towards the beach. but i didnt see any more signs down there.

I have also seen that sign... it's black writing on a white background, and has very poor spelling on it... it says something like "PAY FORYOUR ELECTRICITY BILLHERE"... then points off into nowhereland...
May 28, 200719 yr Yes, you park on that "dirt lot" and pay in the small shop on the left side. Or if you don't like it you can pay at 7/11 and pay .. 5 or 10 baht for the privilege, I don't recall the exact amount - or you can go up to the "main office" in Banglamung and queue for 2 hours to pay your bill. Your choice.
