Pattaya – A construction worker passed away after being run over by an excavator in what was described by Nongprue police as a tragic accident in Pattaya Wednesday afternoon, July 21st, 2021.

The Nongprue Police was notified of the incident around 2:00 P.M. at a road along the railway between Soi Nern Plubwan and Soi Khao Noi where construction workers were working on drainage-related projects.

Would the lady in brown pass the pinch test?

I thought it might be the group working at the North end of The Railway Line Bypass Road near Hwy 36... when I have driven past the excavators and trucks are moving around blindly and workers are all over.

For the last eleven years!  It's a bigger contract than supplying sand to Pattaya beach.
