Village Work Co.Ltd held a training course for people with disabilities, in Chamkar Doung village, Dongkor District, to recycle waste, to provide a new opportunity for these people to enjoy a good life, and innovate a way to deal with trash by recycling and turning it into useful products.

Mrs. Norm Bunnak, CEO of Village Work Co.ltd, believes that this initiative comes as moral support for people with disabilities, encouraging them to work, in addition to preserving the environment and creating job opportunities for this segment, noting that the company informs workers about work results and achievements and that its products go to Europe, the United States of America and some large companies, to motivate them despite their disability.
