As this is clearly an advert for DeeMoney the chances are that they are not asking that question of themselves, they're stating that it can be done.   They're advertising the facility!

I wanted to transfer money in my BKK Acc to my friends acc in BKK bank in another province.

Can not.First I have to withdraw money from my acc 30 Baht fee then deposit into my friends acc another 30 Baht fee.This could all be done on the internet ,but they won't .
