JAKARTA (Reuters) - Indonesia raised 21 trillion rupiah ($1.47 billion) in a bond auction on Tuesday, as targeted, the finance ministry's debt management office said in a statement.

Incoming bids were recorded at 116.11 trillion rupiah, higher than the 77 trillion rupiah of bids in the previous auction on Aug. 18. Bonds sold on Tuesday carried lower yields compared to those sold two weeks earlier.
