Daily News reported that the Australian Embassy in Thailand had warned people about falling for a scam connected to the issuing of Agricultural Visas. No such visas yet exist.

The full text of the announcement in English is:

"The Australian Embassy is aware of organisations and individuals claiming to be able to facilitate visas under the planned Australian Agriculture Visa Scheme. (This) program is sill in the preparation phase and no (such) visas are currently available".

They warned of ads claiming to be able to help with such visas.

This story follows an announcement from the Australian Embassy in mid-July that warned about immigration scammers in Thailand.

They said that the embassy had teamed up with their counterparts at the UK, US, Canadian and New Zealand embassies to fight visa and unemployment fraud.
